Her name is Svetlana Pankratova and she is 198 cm tall, is reputed to the woman with the longest legs in the world. Her legs are measuring 132cm tough she is not the tallest woman on earth. She is from Russia and she just visited Times Square to enter officially in the Guiness World Record Book of 2009.
